Bertman Horseradish Sauce

Horseradish makes the perfect complement to a good brown mustard.  Ours is a cream style that softens and rounds out the natural taste of the horseradish root.  We use it on fish instead of tarter sauce, and on grilled chicken.  We also like to dip vegetables in it.  The best way to describe it is “warm and welcoming with a kick”
